Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Change Scout Limited is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification or reduced-motion settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and its Irish transposition, Statutory Instrument No. 636 of 2023.

Conformance status

This site is believed to conform to WCAG 2.2 level AA. That assessment is based on an automated audit using axe-core, carried out on desktop and mobile screen sizes with all expandable sections opened, combined with a manual review of colour contrast, heading structure, keyboard operation, focus visibility and target sizes.

Accessibility features in place include: text alternatives for all images, accessible names on icon-only controls, expandable content built with standard button semantics that work with a keyboard, a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, a skip-to-content link, a logical heading structure on each page, and animation that is suppressed when your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limitations

Booking a call opens Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling, a third-party service. We do not control its accessibility. If you have difficulty using it, email us and we will arrange a call by email instead.

Automated testing cannot detect every accessibility barrier, and this site has not yet been tested by users of assistive technology. If you encounter a problem we have not identified, we would like to hear about it.
